I want to start by saying the food was very good. The portions were large. However, I was disappointed by some things I observed during my visit. I watched two servers and a hostess eating at the hostess stand throughout my time there. What concerned me most was seeing a server go directly from eating at the hostess stand to taking my order without washing their hands. I also noticed the hostesses standing on the outside of the host stand, which created congestion in the dining area near guests who were eating. It made the area feel crowded and disrupted the flow around nearby tables. I understand employees need breaks and places to work, but the dining area should remain organized and sanitary. Good food and large portions are important, but cleanliness, professionalism, and a comfortable dining environment are just as important. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the restaurant clearly has great food and a lot of potential. Addressing these issues would make the overall experience much better.

Loved this little gem in Grandview Heights. Tucked at the streetβs corner itβs sit where you want but it packs up fast. Self serve your own drinks and enjoy. Lots of breakfast and sammich options. Dont forget to grab a few donuts on the way out. Some of the best cake donuts around

The food is very good with a good amount of options that will have you unsure what to order because a number of things sound good. The staff and chef seem to care which is great. Only downfall is its small and gets super busy. They really could use an expansion or new location but other than that great place to eat and hang out

We heard a lot of good things about this restaurant that we wanted to try it. Unfortunately, I think it was a bad day for them. It was crowded and difficult to find parking (which we knew before coming), but since we were told the food was great, we made it work. Upon entering, we seated ourselves and checked out the menus. Unfortunately, our arms (elbows) were sticking to the table... No biggie right, we've all had that before. The waitress was very friendly and sociable. We placed our order and literally within minutes, we received our food. We were all excited to eat and enjoy our delicious looking meals. Unfortunately, one meal had a long black hair that was cooked in the beautiful wrap. Now one can easily say that came from the customer, but the hair was literally tangled in the food of the wrap... I would've easily given a 4.5 to 5 star, but that ruined the moment for everyone else. Note: That meal was removed from our bill, but I'm confident we won't return. Suggestion: Make the cooks wear hairnets.
